The Western Restaurant Nekoya is a beloved spot in Japan, known for its satisfying mix of Western and Japanese comfort food and the welcoming presence of its head chef, “Master” Tenshu. Although it seems to close on Saturdays, that’s actually the day Nekoya slips beyond Japan and opens in the Other World, drawing in visitors eager to try unfamiliar cuisine. From castles to deep forests, the place its patrons call the “Restaurant to Another World” becomes a rare destination that appears far from home.

Inside, guests are looked after by two dedicated waitresses: Aletta, a polite demon, and Kuro, a mysterious elf. As familiar faces return and newcomers arrive with tales from their own lands, Master and his staff keep the kitchen running smoothly, serving meals that turn each visit into a memorable, comforting escape.
