Ganbare Douki-chan

Douki-chan is a diligent office worker with a single, not-so-professional ambition: getting closer to her colleague, Douki-kun. She tries to play it cool while plotting ways to win his attention, but her efforts rarely go as smoothly as she hopes.

Complicating matters are two persistent rivals in the workplace—Kouhai-chan and Senpai-san—each determined to charm Douki-kun first. Caught in a constant tug-of-war of flirtation and one-upmanship, Douki-chan has to find a way to stand out if she wants her feelings to reach him.
