As tensions rise, the resourceful hackers Cassandra and Barcov begin to unearth and revive long-dormant programs scattered across the cosmos, including the powerful federal AI, Elena. With her sights set on reigniting the Imperial Plan, Elena’s actions trigger a series of events that spiral out of control.
