Synopsis

More than a century ago, astral mages driven out by the Empire united to form the Nebulis Sovereignty, founded by the Lou, Hydra, and Zoa families. Under Millavair Lou Nebulis VIII, Nebulis pursues a path that limits losses in the ongoing war—but the hardline Zoas reject that restraint. As an election to choose the next ruler draws near, friction between the families intensifies, and the Zoas’ willingness to seize victory at any cost threatens to ignite a catastrophic conflict.
