Synopsis
Megumin, a spirited young mage from the remote Crimson Demon Village, comes from a clan known for crimson eyes and an unmistakable taste for theatrics. Single-minded to a fault, she dedicates herself entirely to explosion magic—an overwhelming spell so taxing it leaves her out of mana and unable to move for the rest of the day—yet she stubbornly refuses to study anything else.
With her childhood friend and self-declared rival Yunyun, Megumin enters the Red Prison, an elite academy for Crimson Demon spellcasters.
