Veteran voice actress Yasumi Utatane works tirelessly to uphold a carefully crafted image: a sweet, spotless idol her fans can adore. Behind the microphone, though, she’s really Yumiko Satou—a high schooler who favors relaxed outfits and flashy accessories, the complete opposite of her professional persona—while also worrying about how to land more work in a competitive industry.

A long-awaited break arrives when she’s chosen to co-host a radio program with an up-and-coming talent she respects, Yuuhi Yuugure. To Yumiko, Yuuhi’s adorable charm and strong acting are everything a voice actor should be—until their first studio meeting reveals Yuuhi is actually Chika Watanabe, Yumiko’s gloomy classmate.
