AiRBLUE is a brand-new talent agency whose entire lineup is made up of rookie voice actresses with no prior experience. Hoping to train steadily and gain confidence over time, the girls are caught off guard when agency head Masaki Ootori suddenly enters them into auditions for *Bloomball*, a popular sports manga being adapted into an anime.

With the odds against them, the audition becomes a rare opportunity to step onto the professional stage. As they chase a debut in the demanding voice-acting industry, each newcomer must find the resolve to compete and prove herself.
