On the vibrant planet of Comet Robo, a realm inhabited by inventive robots, a talented robot girl named Roboly excels in her craft. Despite her impressive abilities, she discovers that there is one elusive "important thing" she cannot create. Driven by curiosity, Roboly sets off on an adventure with her companion, Koto, a cheerful little robot bird. Their journey leads them to Anpanman's world, where they stumble upon a mysterious gift box containing a beautiful music box, prompting them to seek its rightful owner.

As Roboly interacts with Anpanman and his friends, she experiences a puzzling warmth in her chest, igniting her exploration of newfound emotions and friendships. Meanwhile, the villainous Baikinman unveils a powerful mecha named Roboking, threatening chaos in Comet Robo.
