In the aftermath of a hard-fought victory, Kanata and his companions face a new challenge with the return of Noir, who has reverted to her previous identity as Mystere. Although she has begun to regain fragments of her memory, her condescending demeanor complicates her relationship with Kanata. Mystere recalls a significant signal from Histoire, a legendary city, which could hold the key to unlocking more of her past.

As tensions rise, Tokio embarks on a personal quest, seeking to confront the shadows of his history. However, his journey leads him to unexpected revelations that may alter his fate. With Kanata, his childhood friend Ellie, and the enchanting magus diva Ciel, they set off toward Histoire, all the while pursued by the ruthless organization known as Ideal. To achieve his aspirations and protect those he cares about, Kanata must delve into the dark secrets surrounding Ideal and confront uncomfortable truths about his allies.
