Synduality: Noir

In 2242, what remains of humanity survives in scattered, bubble-like cities across a ruined world. Deadly toxic rain and the threat of hostile creatures called Enders keep people sheltered, while AO crystals provide a vital new energy source. To secure those crystals, drifters venture into the wastelands in adaptable bipedal tanks, working alongside combat android partners known as magus.

Hoping to become a drifter himself, Kanata joins his remarkably talented friend Tokio on an expedition into distant ruins, where they discover Noir—a magus preserved in stasis. Noir awakens on her own but has no memory of who she is, offering little help at first. When an Enders assault reveals her extraordinary fighting capability, Kanata and Noir set out together to piece together her past and pursue Kanata’s long-held dream: finding Histoire, the legendary city said to hold the world’s hidden truths.
