Tomoatsu Naoe lives a quiet, everyday routine as a massage therapist—until a new client, Erufuda, arrives with an unusual problem. She isn’t just shy or secretive; she’s an elf who left her own world, discovered the joys of junk food, and now finds herself unable to return because she’s gained too much weight.

Determined to help, Naoe takes on the role of her reluctant coach, guiding Erufuda through dieting and healthier habits. Even after she manages to slim down, their paths cross again with a familiar setback, and Naoe soon learns Erufuda isn’t the only otherworldly visitor struggling with the same goal: losing weight to make it back home.
