Backed by the Seirantou Health Organization (SHO), the island’s provocative attractions come with routine checkups and contraceptive pills, encouraging visitors to indulge without restraint.

New arrival Junnosuke Tachibana doesn’t share the island’s idea of paradise. After moving in with his younger sister, Asane, he’s repelled by the hollow, emotionless encounters that surround him—and his decision to abstain quickly makes him a target in a place where defying the norm invites punishment. When he meets Nanase Katagiri, known for her bold reputation, she unexpectedly helps him evade the SHO, leading him to a clandestine group determined to bring down the organization and overturn the Pervert Law.
