Kim Dokja has never seen himself as the lead of his own story. A loner by nature, he spends his free time absorbed in web novels—especially *Three Ways to Survive the Apocalypse*, where he follows Yoo Joonghyuk, a protagonist trapped in brutal “scenarios” and endless time regressions, forced to perform for the entertainment of godlike “Constellations.”

After staying with the novel all the way through its 3,149 chapters, Dokja expects only an ending. Instead, a cryptic note from the author arrives, mentioning the story’s impending monetization, and the world around him abruptly changes. When *Three Ways to Survive the Apocalypse* spills into reality, Dokja finds himself inside the very trials he once only read about.
