The Super Cube

Wang Xiaoxiu has quietly loved his childhood friend, Shen Yao, for years, and college finally brings them together again—along with the startling realization that Yao feels the same. Their relationship quickly attracts attention, and Xiaoxiu becomes a target of a delinquent gang led by Sun Jun, who is determined to claim Yao for himself. Caught in the ensuing conflict, Xiaoxiu is left unconscious and swept into a river.

When he comes to, a mysterious glow on the riverbed draws him in, and contact with the object pulls him into another dimension as it fuses with his body. An unknown presence identifies itself as the Horadric Cube, naming Xiaoxiu its new host and granting him abilities like teleportation and heightened combat skill. With the cube urging him to gather gemstones for it to absorb, Xiaoxiu begins a dangerous climb in power—one he’ll need to protect himself and those closest to him from the threats ahead.
