Stranded far from Tochigi, Japan, Yuu finds herself navigating the halls of Night Raven College, a prestigious academy for magic, despite her own lack of magical abilities as a judo practitioner.

As Yuu settles into her new surroundings, the excitement builds for the upcoming Spelldrive tournament, a fiercely competitive event showcasing the top athletes from each dorm. With the formidable Diasomnia dorm dominating the league for two consecutive years, led by the powerful housewarden Malleus Draconia, the stakes are high. However, an unsettling series of incidents begins to plague the dorm’s leading players, raising suspicions of foul play. Tasked by the headmage, Yuu and her quirky dormmate Grim embark on a mission to uncover the truth behind these troubling occurrences, all while navigating the rivalries and intrigues of their magical peers.
