In the enchanting world of Twisted Wonderland, Yuuta "Yuu" Mito's life takes an unexpected turn when a black carriage collides with him during a delivery, transporting him from his mundane part-time job in Wakayama to the illustrious Night Raven College. Stripped of his magic, Yuu navigates this mystical academy while grappling with the reality of being unable to return home.

As exam season wraps up, a peculiar phenomenon unfolds on campus: several students, including Yuu's friends Grim, Ace Trappola, and Deuce Spade, find themselves sprouting sea anemones atop their heads. To their dismay, they learn that they are now bound by magical contracts to Azul Ashengrotto, the cunning housewarden of Octavinelle. With no magical powers of his own, Yuu must devise a plan to break these contracts and rescue his friends, all while facing the growing challenges of this enchanting yet perilous realm.
