Alma-chan Wants to Be a Family!

Alma is an autonomous, self-learning robot built for high-level combat, created by two brilliant researchers: Enji Kamisato, who designed her artificial intelligence, and Suzume Yobane, who handled her robotics. After being ridiculed by former acquaintances, the pair team up to prove what they’re capable of—but while their collaboration in the lab runs smoothly, their day-to-day relationship is anything but, with constant clashes outside of work.

Even so, a quiet hint of affection begins to surface between Enji and Suzume, and Alma is quick to notice. Curious about what connects her creators beyond their arguments, Alma starts exploring the nuances of human relationships. Along the way, her understanding deepens—and so does the warm, growing bond she shares with the two people she wants most to call family.
