The Shy Hero and the Assassin Princesses

Toto has longed for a real adventuring party ever since he became a hero, but his crippling shyness has kept him traveling alone. Everything changes when three women—Ciel, Anemone, and Goa—approach him and ask to join his journey, and Toto eagerly welcomes the companionship he’s always wanted.

What Toto doesn’t realize is that each of his new allies is actually an assassin sent to kill him. As he earnestly tries to protect the very people plotting his demise, the trio bickers over who will get the chance to take him out—while Toto, easily flustered, keeps fainting at the worst possible moments. Clueless to their true motives, he sets off with them on an unusual adventure into the wider world.
