In the kingdom of Vesparand, the discovery of a newly found mineral with remarkable stealth-related properties draws the attention of master thief Arsène Lupin III. Meanwhile, tragedy strikes the royal family: Queen Sakura and her son, Prince Gill, die under suspicious circumstances, leaving Princess Mira as the next in line to the throne.
