Psyren

Ageha Yoshina, a confident high school student known for helping others for a price, stumbles upon an enigmatic calling card marked "Psyren" in a phone booth while returning from a job. Intrigued, he keeps the card, only to discover the next day that his classmate, Sakurako Amamiya, possesses an identical one. When she urgently asks for his help, Ageha's curiosity deepens, but the situation takes a dark turn when Sakurako mysteriously vanishes.

Determined to unravel the mystery, Ageha calls the number on the card and is met with a series of unsettling questions from a shadowy voice, culminating in an invitation to enter Psyren. This moment ignites a harrowing adventure as Ageha and Sakurako are thrust into a perilous game within a bizarre realm teeming with monstrous entities known as Taboo. Armed with newfound psychic abilities called PSI, they must navigate this treacherous world, battling for their survival and striving to return to their everyday lives.
