In *Durarara!! Specials*, courier Celty Sturluson is assigned a dubious red handbag—an ordinary delivery that turns anything but when multiple organizations set their sights on the same package. Racing through Ikebukuro to complete the job, Celty finds herself pursued by enigmatic men speaking a foreign language, and the bag’s trail begins pulling unsuspecting locals into a growing dispute.

The spotlight then shifts to celebrity actor Yuuhei Hanejima, who arrives in Ikebukuro for a TV project aimed at finding the city’s “best couple” for a chance to appear in his film. Behind the fame is a secret: Yuuhei is the stage name of Kasuka Heiwajima, Shizuo’s younger brother. When an anonymous online threat targets the star, the danger quickly becomes personal—especially once Shizuo realizes the culprit is the meddlesome nuisance he despises most.
