Student Council's Discretion Level 2

Ken Sugisaki earns his way onto the Student Council of Hekiyou Private Academy through hard work and top grades—then immediately treats it like the ideal setting for his grand “harem” ambitions. Sharing the council room with four very different girls, he spends his days trading jokes, schemes, and nonstop banter with their unpredictable group dynamic.

At the center are the childlike president Kurimu Sakurano; the calm, kind, and sharply sadistic secretary Chizuru Akaba; the tomboyish, fiery vice-president Minatsu Shiina; and the delicately beautiful yet hard-to-read treasurer Mafuyu Shiina. With graduation approaching, the question of what happens after their easygoing routine begins to hang over their lively student council life.
