Student Council's Discretion

Ken Sugisaki imagines student council life as a laid-back paradise: snacks on hand, games to pass the time, and a circle of charming girls doting on him as vice president. At Hekiyou Academy, most council seats are decided by popularity, but one spot is reserved for the top exam scorer—so despite a history of mediocre grades, Ken studies hard to earn his way in, convinced it will lead straight to his ideal “harem” scenario.

Reality is less accommodating. The council’s girls have little patience for his flirtations, and they’d rather spend their time on the unglamorous work of running the school—planning events and coordinating with clubs. Still, Ken refuses to give up on his over-the-top ambitions, turning everyday student council meetings into a steady stream of comedic, self-aware chaos.
