You're Under Arrest (1996)

Tokyo Highway Patrol officers Natsumi and Miyuki meet on the wrong foot when Miyuki cites Natsumi for tearing through traffic on her moped while racing to work. The awkward first encounter only gets more complicated once they learn they’ve been assigned as partners.

Continuing from the earlier OVA, the story returns to Bokuto Precinct, where their day-to-day police work mixes high-energy chases with plenty of workplace comedy. Between eccentric criminals, shy but striking colleagues, and a few surprising identities around the station, Natsumi and Miyuki’s partnership is tested—and gradually forged—on the streets of Tokyo.
