Ryo Saeba works Tokyo’s shadows as a “sweeper” known as the City Hunter, taking on the kind of requests the police can’t—or won’t—touch. Alongside his partner Kaori Makimura, he tracks down answers and handles dangers that blur the line between action and mystery.

Off the job, Ryo’s reputation is just as famous for his wandering eye as for his aim, and Kaori is never far behind to keep him in line—often with her trademark oversized anti-ecchi hammer.
