In the whimsical realm of Juraihelm, the carefree Tsunami is set to ascend to the throne, but her path to queenship hinges on restoring harmony to a universe increasingly overshadowed by darkness. To achieve this, she bestows upon the ordinary girl Sasami Kawai a magical baton, granting her the powers of a magical girl. Accompanying them on this mission is the quirky rabbit-like creature, Ryou-Ouki, who is determined to assist Sasami in her newfound quest against the forces of evil.

However, Sasami is far from enthusiastic about her magical girl duties—her reluctance stems not from fear, but from a deep sense of embarrassment. Meanwhile, the self-serving Ramia devises a scheme to usurp Tsunami's position by unleashing her own magical girl, the unpredictable Pixy Misa. As chaos unfolds through Pixy Misa's Love-Love monsters, Sasami must confront her insecurities and embrace her destiny as the universe's champion of justice, transforming into Pretty Sammy.
