Gintama: The Movie: The Final Chapter: Be Forever Yorozuya

After catching what he believes is a movie pirate during a premiere, Gintoki Sakata reviews the camera’s footage—only to be thrown into a grim, ruined Edo. A mysterious epidemic known as the “White Plague” has devastated the population, and the culprit behind the incident isn’t a criminal at all, but an android time machine that has sent him five years into the future. In this altered era, the Yorozuya have splintered: Shinpachi Shimura and Kagura have become hardened lone vigilantes, while Gintoki himself has been missing for years after leaving behind a strange note in his journal.

Using the disguise provided by the android, Gintoki works to bring his old partners back together and uncover the truth behind the White Plague. The search leads him toward secrets tied to his own past and a formidable enemy, forcing him to face what he tried to leave behind—with allies at his side, he may not have to shoulder the fight alone.
