Gintama: The Movie: The Final Chapter: Be Forever Yorozuya

At a movie premiere, Gintoki arrests a supposed film pirate—only to review the camera’s footage and be thrown into a desolate, post-apocalyptic Edo. A mysterious epidemic known as the “White Plague” has devastated the population, and the “pirate” turns out to be an android time machine that has sent him five years into the future. In this grim timeline, Shinpachi and Kagura have split from the Yorozuya to become hardened lone vigilantes, while Gintoki himself has been missing for years after leaving behind a strange note in his journal.

Using a disguise provided by the android, Gintoki works to bring the Yorozuya back together and uncover the truth behind the White Plague. As the investigation deepens, the path to saving what remains of Edo leads straight into the shadows of his own past—and toward a formidable enemy he can no longer face alone.
