With motives shrouded in mystery, Orphan seeks to unveil a colossal ship hidden beneath the ocean's depths, a venture that threatens the very existence of humankind, sparing only a select few loyal followers.

Amidst this chaos, agents pilot formidable mechas called Grand Cheres, embarking on quests to locate massive, enigmatic disks that sporadically descend from the sky, causing destruction wherever they land. After a near-fatal encounter with one of these disks, Hime discovers her connection to a Brain Powerd, a unique type of mecha that forms a symbiotic bond with its pilot. Taking up arms with an International Organization dedicated to thwarting Orphan's plans, Hime finds herself at the forefront of a battle not just for survival, but for the fate of humanity itself.
