∀ Gundam

Set in the Correct Century—two thousand years after a catastrophic war shattered civilization—Earth has only slowly begun to recover, leaving much of the planet difficult to inhabit. While a small population endures on the surface, many of humanity’s descendants have lived on the Moon as the Moonrace, watching and testing whether Earth is ready to be reclaimed.

Loran Cehack is sent to Earth on a reconnaissance mission and ends up spending a year among the Heim Family, aristocrats in a society with a Victorian-like atmosphere. Their coming-of-age tradition centers on the “White Doll,” a massive stone monument—until the Moonrace abruptly descends with plans to seize Earth by force. When the White Doll is destroyed in the ensuing assault, it reveals the Turn A Gundam within, and Loran’s involvement in the mobile suit becomes a pivotal point in the escalating conflict. Caught between Earth and Moon, he and those around him struggle to prevent tensions from igniting into another devastating war.
