Kurumi retreats into solitude after losing her boyfriend, Hal, in a sudden plane crash. Grief leaves her withdrawn in a small house, until her grandfather intervenes by enlisting Q01, a humanoid robot.

Q01 is given Hal’s likeness and sent to live with Kurumi, hoping to pull her back from despair. Though she resists at first, his steady presence begins to soften her guarded heart. As their unusual bond deepens, hidden layers to “Hal” emerge, leading them toward an unforeseen truth about the connection between a human and an android.
