In the OVA titled *Girl Meets Girl*, released on October 27, 2006, the story picks up as Hazumu grapples with the pain of unrequited love after confessing to Yasuna, only to be rejected. Seeking solace, he ventures to Mt. Kashimayama, the site of their first encounter. However, his journey takes an unexpected turn when he becomes lost in the woods as night falls. As he gazes at what he believes to be a shooting star, Hazumu soon discovers the celestial body is actually a crashing spaceship.

After surviving the crash with the aid of an alien being, Hazumu undergoes a profound transformation—his body is reconstructed, resulting in a new female form. This unexpected change sets the stage for an exploration of identity, love, and the complexities of relationships within a school environment, as Hazumu navigates life from a fresh perspective while dealing with the repercussions of his extraordinary experience.
