One year after the brutal clash with Zhao, Qin turns back to King Ying Zheng’s long-term aim: bringing the remaining six states under one banner. The next campaign points toward Wei, a smaller neighboring state whose territory offers a crucial route for further expansion.

Xin, now commanding 300 soldiers as the leader of the rapidly advancing Fei Xin Unit, throws himself into the early battles leading up to the invasion, driven by the comrades he has already lost. On the battlefield, he’s forced to measure himself against other promising young commanders—many of them backed by higher birth and stronger connections—while in Qin’s capital, rival factions within the royal court begin to challenge Zheng’s rule. With threats rising both at the front and at home, Zheng and Xin press forward through an age defined by constant warfare, determined to carve a path toward a unified China.
