Moomin

Spring returns to Moominvalley, and with it come new wanderings for Moomintroll and the valley’s gentle residents. Snufkin makes his way back from his winter travels just as everyone begins to wake from hibernation, and a curious discovery soon captures their attention: a finely made, mysterious hat that no one can bear to discard, hoping its owner will eventually appear.

During a game with friends, Moomintroll slips into the silky hat to hide—only for the others to find something startling in his place. He’s been changed into a grotesque, unrecognizable creature, and even his own reflection leaves him shaken. Once he returns to normal, Moomintroll and Snufkin decide the safest choice is to send the hat away down the river, though its unknown origin—and the question of who might come looking for it—lingers in the calm that follows.
