Memoru hails from Riruru Star, one of 245 tiny beings who found themselves on Earth after their spacecraft suffered a mishap. With her diminutive size, she can easily perch on a human's palm, which adds to her unique perspective of the world. One fateful day, drawn by the enchanting sound of music, she discovers a large house where a human girl named Marielle plays the piano. Intrigued, Memoru returns to visit Marielle with her friends Popitu, Rupangu, and Pi, only to find the girl in poor health, teetering on the brink of life.

Moved by compassion, Memoru's tears fall onto Marielle's lips, catalyzing a remarkable recovery and marking the beginning of a profound bond between the two. Their friendship blossoms across their vastly different worlds, weaving together themes of connection, empathy, and the magic that can arise from unexpected encounters.
