In a world where shadows dance under the glow of moonlight, the enigmatic phantom thief known as Joker embarks on thrilling escapades, stealing one exquisite treasure after another. Constantly pursued by the tenacious police investigator Dokusaburou Oniyama, Joker, who fancies himself a "Miracle Maker," deftly navigates the thin line between illusion and reality with his dazzling array of tricks and gadgets.

During a high-stakes heist to acquire the coveted "Dragon Gem" from a pompous millionaire's estate, Joker encounters Hachi, a well-meaning but bumbling ninja who aspires to claim the same prize. Although initially viewing Hachi as a hindrance, Joker soon recognizes the young ninja's determination and unique skills, leading him to reluctantly take Hachi under his wing. As they embark on further adventures, the duo must confront rival thieves and forge unexpected alliances, all while striving to secure their place as the ultimate "magician" of the night.
