In Ikebukuro, countless lives keep colliding as though the city itself is pulling the strings. Mikado Ryuugamine, still chasing the thrill he once longed for, steps further into the district’s shadowy currents. After seizing total control over a former rival, he turns that authority inward—attempting to cleanse the Dollars from within and reshape it into the organization he believes it should be.

Bringing the Dollars to heel is anything but simple, especially with outside forces pushing back—most notably the return of a friend whose reappearance complicates everything.
