A wave of brutal killings known as “New Generation Madness” once plunged Shibuya into panic. The hysteria reached a breaking point during a violent riot, when an earthquake suddenly shattered the district into rubble—while the surrounding wards were left eerily untouched.

Six years later, Shibuya has been rebuilt, but the nightmare resurfaces as a new string of unexplained deaths begins to appear. Third-year student Takuru Miyashiro notices a chilling pattern: the murder dates align with those from the original New Generation Madness cases. Joined by fellow members of his school’s newspaper club, Takuru starts investigating, only for the group to find themselves caught up in the midst of another unfolding crime scene.
