Monster Strike

Ren Homura returns to his hometown of Kaminohara with only hazy, fragmented memories of his earlier years there. After picking up his repaired phone, he discovers an unfamiliar game called *Monster Strike* already installed—something he doesn’t remember downloading. Curious, he launches it, and the choice immediately pulls him into danger when a strange man attacks.

Cornered on his school’s rooftop, now inexplicably treated like a “stage,” Ren watches his assailant bring a lifelike monster from the game into the real world—one capable of hurting people. With no other way out, Ren attempts to fight back by summoning the dragon Oragon, only to learn that his would-be savior is far smaller and far less reliable than expected.
