Hidomi Hibajiri drifts through her days in a numb routine—school, helping at her mother’s café, and music pouring nonstop through the headphones she refuses to remove. The monotony finally cracks when she’s struck by a mysterious woman carrying a guitar, an encounter that jolts Hidomi’s quiet life off its familiar track.

That night, chaos spills into her bedroom as a robot crashes in alongside Ko Ide, a classmate pulled into the confusion. As the pair are chased through town, the same guitar-wielding stranger steps in again—only now Hidomi is dealing with a horn sprouting from her forehead and questions multiplying faster than she can tune them out. With bizarre robots appearing and warnings about a “Vespa woman” hanging in the air, Hidomi’s usual escape into sound is no longer enough to keep reality at bay.
