Synopsis
Tsubasa begins her career in the A&R department at the major label Gandala Music, only to be placed in charge of B-PROJECT right away. The unit brings together three distinct male idol groups—Kitakore, THRIVE, and MooNs—putting her at the center of their day-to-day work.
With it being her first job, Tsubasa has to learn quickly as unexpected troubles and mishaps crop up. As she supports the members through rehearsals and schedules, she also navigates the clashing personalities and individual quirks that come with managing a high-profile group of young performers.
