Chronos Ruler

Koyuki Honda is counting down the days to her graduation, but unlike her classmates, she has no family to share the moment with—her only relative, her brother, passed away years ago. When she visits his grave, she runs into two brothers, Kiri and Victor Putin, in pursuit of an unsettling creature. They brush it off as movie work, yet Victor’s words draw Koyuki toward a cemetery legend: make a wish beneath the clock tower at midnight on a full moon, and time may rewind to restore what was lost.

When Koyuki decides to test the rumor, she discovers the truth behind it—time demons known as Horologues use such regrets to prey on people and steal their time. Kiri and Victor reveal themselves as Chronos Rulers, fighters who wield the “Oath of Time,” a tool that lets them accelerate or slow time in battle. After the immediate threat is dealt with, Koyuki can finally move forward, while the brothers continue their hunt to protect others from the same fate.
