Synopsis
Locke the Superman is an enigmatic figure shrouded in mystery, known for his gentle demeanor and extraordinary powers as an immortal esper. Little is revealed about his origins, including the time and place of his birth, and Locke himself often claims to have no recollection of these details. This ambiguity extends to his identity; despite being dubbed "Locke the Superman," he frequently downplays this title. When pressed by Cornelia Prim in "Millennium of the Witch," he whimsically identifies his star of origin as "Toa."
Throughout the vast expanse of galactic history, Locke has made appearances in various forms, whether as a guiding force, a subtle influence, or a mere observer. His esper abilities grant him a unique advantage, allowing him to acquire knowledge and skills at an accelerated pace compared to ordinary humans. Additionally, his powers enable him to maintain eternal youth, and he can even revert to a childlike state to find refuge with benevolent families. This perpetual youth raises questions about his reluctance to embrace responsibility, as society tends to overlook the weight of obligations in those who appear as children.
