X - The Movie

In *X - The Movie*, the fate of existence hinges on Kamui Shiro, a young man forced into an impossible choice: side with the Dragons of Heaven or the Dragons of Earth, two rival forces poised for a final clash. His decision will determine whether humanity is wiped away to usher in a “purified” world, or spared so civilization can endure.

Guiding the conflict are two prophetic sisters, Hinoto and Kanoe, whose visions point toward opposing futures. Each works to assemble the power and means to bring her prediction to pass—unaware that someone holds a strength that surpasses even the Dragons, and that the ultimate outcome rests beyond their control. As their plans tighten around Kamui, the question of where he truly belongs becomes inseparable from what the world is allowed to become.
