In a city frequently besieged by monstrous threats, Silk and her two friends find themselves drawn to the excitement, eager to catch a closer glimpse of the chaos unfolding around them. Their choice of vantage point, however, proves disastrous when the colossal guardian known as UFO-man inadvertently lands on them during a battle, resulting in their untimely demise.

Stricken with guilt over the incident, UFO-man offers the trio a second chance at life, proposing a unique deal: he will resurrect them, but they must take up the mantle of protectors for the very city that witnessed their tragic fate.
