Godzilla: The Planet Eater

After the fall of the Bilusaludo’s nanometal city, the last remnants of humanity are pushed even closer to extinction. Captain Haruo Sakaki’s decision not to abandon his humanity draws the ire of the surviving Bilusaludo, who hold him responsible for their defeat as Godzilla’s shadow looms larger than ever.

With hope fading, the human survivors place their faith in the Exif religion, convinced that devotion offers a way to be saved from Godzilla. Yet the Exif’s true nature raises unsettling questions, and as fervor spreads, Haruo grows suspicious of the priest Metphies—especially of what he may be concealing about his connection to the entity called Ghidorah.
