Mysterious Play OVA

After finishing their journey within *The Universe of the Four Gods*, Miaka Yuuki and Yui Hongo return to everyday life—except Miaka is allowed to bring Tamahome back with her. Their brief peace shatters during a visit to the graves of the two other girls who once entered the book, when Tamahome is suddenly swallowed by a red light and vanishes. With Miaka devastated, her brother Keisuke and his friend Tetsuya Kajiwara step in to help search for him.

Tamahome, meanwhile, finds himself pulled into the book once more, only to discover that decades have passed since he left. Even more unsettling, he learns his identity has been exchanged with his former enemy, Nakago, forcing him to navigate a world that no longer recognizes him as he was. Separated again and facing a new twist of fate, Miaka and Tamahome are pushed to fight for a chance to reunite.

*Fushigi Yuugi Otsukare Ian Bus Ryokou: Kindan no Josei Onsen-hen* offers a lighter detour: the Suzaku and Seiryuu warriors travel by bus with priestesses Miaka and Yui to a hot spring retreat. The long ride turns into a playful outing full of pranks and teasing—until an unexpected surprise awaits them at their destination.
