Taka Sukunami's life takes a dramatic turn when he is unexpectedly reunited with Miaka Yuuki, reigniting the romance they once shared in a different realm. Their joy, however, is short-lived as Ren Shigyou, a new student at Miaka's school, begins to sow discord. Fueled by jealousy, Shigyou uses his cunning to gain popularity and incite his classmates against the couple, leading to a sudden confrontation that sends Taka and Miaka tumbling from the school's rooftop into a mysterious red light.

Transported back to the Universe of the Four Gods, Taka and Miaka discover that a sinister demon is at the center of the turmoil they face. As Taka's existence hangs in the balance, tied to the recovery of his past life's memories stored within seven jewels, the pair must rally their old allies. Together, they embark on an urgent quest to reclaim these precious artifacts before time runs out, navigating both familiar landscapes and newfound challenges along the way.
