Seeking a way to stop the slaughter, Bedivere’s group turns to the Mountain People and later ventures into the domain of Ozymandias, the Sun King, hoping his overwhelming strength can shift the balance. An alliance proves elusive as Ozymandias chooses to safeguard his own people—and his words expose the Lion King’s true design. With time running out, Bedivere and Chaldea set their sights on Camelot itself, stepping into the Holy City on the eve of a final battle that will decide what remains of humanity and the fate of a knight burdened by an unforgivable sin.
