Drifters: The Outlandish Knight

In the Orte Empire, Count Saint-Germi successfully brokers a deal with the merchants of Gu-Binnen, finally bringing a decades-long conflict to a close and securing the resources Orte has been fighting to obtain. Elsewhere, Naoshi Kanno strengthens his beastman ranks by bringing the cat tribe into the fold.

Kanno’s plans take an unexpected turn when an envoy arrives from Rear Admiral Tamon Yamaguchi, a fellow member of the Imperial Japanese Armed Forces. Joined by Scipio Africanus, Kanno heads out to meet someone he believed had already died—just as the Black King’s enemies brace for battle and he rallies his forces, placing a certain Drifter’s sworn foe in command.
