With Rena and Maki sidelined while they heal, the remaining SORD members head abroad on what’s meant to be a school trip. The change of scenery doesn’t last long—soon after arriving, the Mihama group is drawn into a pursuit for a SORD deserter, working alongside fellow students Sylvia and Velvet from St. Aile’s International School.

The focus shifts to Tohka as the operation unfolds, and the mission stirs up more than professional pressure. Haunted by memories of her parents and weighed down by an unfulfilled promise to a friend, she’s forced to confront the past while keeping pace with the hunt.
